My name is Ramonda Agnew, REALTOR

I have been in the Sales industry for 15+ years.
I decided to take my sales experience into the Realty space to impact my community with knowledge as well as to change their mindset around homeownership. “The Sky is the limit” you can obtain homeownership.

I was born and raised in a small town, Humboldt TN. I am the youngest of 6 siblings and I am a mother to two amazing sons.

I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University; with a BS degree in Liberal Studies and concentration in Communications. I have lived in the Middle Tennessee area for 36 yrs., and I am happy I made home.

I fell in love with realty when my sister and I would tour homes while vacationing or Saturday car rides surrounding Rutherford and Davidson County areas. Looking inside new construction homes with all the amenities and details are favorites. My passion grew so I decided to make realty my dream career. I enjoy helping others find the right home for their budget and family needs.
After learning from lenders and financial institutions about credit and the homebuying process I began applying the knowledge to help myself. I learned how to better my credit and become more knowledgeable about the realty industry,

 then realized “The Sky is the Limit” I can obtain home ownership; I just had to be more determined with my spending, focus with intentionality and steward my money to obtain what I wanted. I purchased my first new construction home in 2020; and you can too!

I was able to help my youngest son (23) with the purchase of his first home investment. I helped him to get his credit on track and find a home in his price range. I connected him with a great lender to assist with the right loan for his need. I am so glad he allowed me to help; this was my "proud Mama" moment!
